Hi

I am a collector of many armies, and one that I've been expanding recently is Fishmen. (Which I have house rules for, mainly counts as)

Currently it consists of several of Kyte's Fishmen which were being sold by Troll Forged Miniatures (they're the best quality Fishmen I've ever seen, gorgeous models, check them out, even if in my experience Troll Forged Miniatures' service kinda sucks), and a 'Watcher in the Water' LOTR figure as a Kraken. And since Kyte's other Fishmen that he sent TFM to cast a good half a decade ago STILL have yet to be cast and put up for sale, and in my talks with him privately he says as far as he knows it'll probably take a while before any of his stuff becomes available for sale (I won't mention specifics since it was a private discussion and involved stuff he's yet to post on his blogs on the forums).

So this leaves me at a bit of an impasse, I would love to expand my Fishmen, of course I will do most of the expanding when his models are released later, as they are gorgeous (I'll link to his stuff at the bottom of this post, since I am kinda shilling him right now), but until they're available I'd quite like to know if there are any places to get other Fishmen, or Aquatic models that would fit with Fishmen (for example Mierce's big Cthulhu looking model would be a great addition)

Thanks in advance

Thank you Argive

It would take some converting for the River Trolls, but the Karibdyss is a good idea that I hadn't considered.

Though the models don't need to be specifically from WHFB, but rather will end up on square bases and be used in WHFB.

The answer to any question like is always Reaper.

Always.

I mean they have were-sharks (more than one!).

Plus some nice deep sea fish men in their dirt cheap bones line.

you could look into Troglodytes minitures from various companies

Otherworld minitures has several

Also Wrath of Kings from CMON will be releasing a faction called Hardros which has a deepsea theme, however I don't think the scale will match up and the shark people will be too big.
