I need help on making (or having someone else make) a Warhammer 40k Character, as I'm in a predicament!

I bought a box of Ork Nobz from GW to convert into other things, one of them being the leader of my army, which fluff says ought to be one of my biggest Orks. But i realize too late that the Nobz are smaller than my Warboss mini (Of course! How could I be so absent-minded?), thus anything i make with them will be too small.

Can anyone recommend a sculptor and tell me their prices, or give me an idea on how to convert it myself? I've done a lot of research on other minis I could convert, but couldn't find anything.

What where you thinking in the way of equipment, pose, size? I would shoot for doing the work yourself, it's really not that hard, and the results are something that you can learn from, and say to everyone; 'Hey I made that!'
So first things first, Define this Warboss, draw up a sketch, post it, then we can help abit more with the how to.

Loken, does that character come put together or in pieces? It might work if it comes in enough pieces.

I drew a sketch of what i imagined, i'll post it later.

Okay, here it is:

The Character in question is named Garzok. He is the Mekboss of his Freebooter Waaagh, the Mad Mekz. He lost his arm in a fight and an eccentric Painboy gave him an alien artificial limb. He is armed with a Custom mega-slugga, Killsaw and a rokkit pack

Lets see, base model as you like, Canoptek Wraith tail with a saw head from the Nobz sprue at the end. Scratch build the Mek arms, or use Necron arms. Greenstuff the fur, a little plasticard for the pistol, and the older style metal Stormboy rocket pack.
