As the title says is the Saint officially on a 25 mm base or a 40mm base, and dose it matter? (other wise in game would it be more beneficial to use the 25 or 40mm base?)
I've had the model for a while and it came with both a 25 and 40 mm base in the blister. Reason why i'm asking this is because the GW store says 25mm and I just finished sculpting the 25mm base onto the 40mm with green stuff and super glue.
As with any jump infantry model, bigger is better. Particularly if you have the metal or resin ones. Number of breakages I've had from those fething things falling over from top heavy-itis is ridiculous
When I emailed GW about this a couple years back I was told the big base. I think the small base is only really included because it's a slotta base and Celestine is a model who comes standard with the old metal tab design.
