Can stats from HS be used in N3?

The N3 book does not contain rules for all of the models in the game. Can players use stats from older books in official events? Does anyone know approximately when the rules for the other models will be released?

No official events should be using N3 yet. When ITS 2015 launches all profiles will have been updated to N3. If you are going to an event before then they should be using the ITS 2014 rule set under N2.

As for friendly games, you could just flip the BTS stat from a - to a + if applicable.

Today ends the 2014 season for the ITS, our organized play program. This has been a great year for ITS, with more players, more tournaments, and more fun than ever. In the coming weeks, once the organizers send all the reports, we’ll announce the winners for each of the three regions and we’ll contact them so they can receive their prizes.

This season was a great evolution in relation to previous ones, with a new rating system, new scenarios, and new game formats. And the response from the players has been amazing: This season had more than twice as many tournaments than the previous one!

The end of the current season is also the end for the organized play for the second edition of Infinity, as during ITS 2015 season all official tournaments will be played with the rules presented in the new edition, Infinity N3. That’s why the beginning of the new season will happen in mid february, so every player has plenty of time to catch up with the new rules before playing in any official event.

At this point, I think it's safe to say that CB is going to be releasing the updated PDFs just as soon as they (the CB staff) can escape.

Then you can look forward to about two months of learning rules and watching the new rules get ironed out.
