For a gaming table, I recommend you use household paint for bathrooms. Many large DIY stores have mixing machines so they can colour match. It will be so much cheaper to do it this way.

Also I've started taking photos to use as reference for weathering which can be found here. Please send me your photos so they can be found all in one place!!

Pretty much this. Spray paints are expensive, and you're going to need a large, open area to spray. Fumes and overspray are going to be an issue before, during, and after painting. I don't know what the weather is like in your part of Germany this time of year, but spraying outside may not even be a possibility.

Go to a DIY store, find the cheapest latex paint brand you can find, and get a quart of dark brown as your base. Then buy a medium brown and light brown as your two drybrush layers. It'll be inexpensive, you can do the work inside, and you'll have a lot leftover for future terrain projects.

If you are dead set on using spray paint, Krylon Ultra Flat Camo have some good earth/brown colours.

Be warned when you spray it, you might panic because it looks thick and glossy but it does dry smooth and very flat. I hear some folks spray it on lightly and use it as a coloured primer.
