I backed the Titan Forge Dwarf kickstarter, realised recently I still hadn't received my stuff, and a look at the KS comments seems I'm not alone.
They said in the last update they are sorry communication was poor and gave an email to use. Emails to it are also being ignored.
Does anyone have a line of contact to Titan Forge and would be good enough to pass on a message suggesting they actually reply to backer emails and messages? I have tried both their old and new emails, it seems they ignore both (no, it's not a Christmas thing, looks line they've been doing it to backers for quite some time).
I'd like to advise anyone thinking of buying Titan Forge to avoid them like the plague at this point, their business seems to be extremely suspicious, do not buy from them direct.

I'd also suggest sending repeat emails from another ISP even if you have to open a free temporary gmail account or similar to do so in case yours has become blacklisted for some reason

all that said, even when I was chasing them for replacement bits I never got any email/PM responses parts just eventually showed up a few weeks later so if you've only just started chasing them you may yet get your stuff
