Hi all. I am painting am awful lot of yellow at the moment so i thought I would try artists acrylic.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Daler-Rowney-System-3-Acrylic-Artist-Paint-250ml-Tube-All-Colours-Available-/181243224226?pt=UK_Crafts_DrawingSupplies_EH&var=480284612665&hash=item2a32f020a2

bought a bottle of this, watered it down and put it through my airbrush.

great paint and a hole lot cheaper than gaming paints. goes on better than most paints and with a great colour depth to.

I think FW use their ink range & I was looking at getting some. Didn't realise that they also did paints.
Any chance of some pics of your models with this stuff on?

Artists acrylics work just fine ; although are a little thick for us right out of the bottle.

Reputable brands include Darler Rowney (as youve mentioned), Windsor & Newton, Liquitex, Golden, Attelier, Vallejo (vallejo do paints that arent aimed at us too)
.. plus many more.

I've got a lot of Windsor and Newton Galleria soft body acrylics for painting canvases with that occasionally get brought out for the mini's. Just have to make sure to thin it well.

'Ain't nothing crazy about me but my brain. Right brain? Riight! No not you right brain! Right left brain? Right!... Okay then lets do this!!
