Killer Klaivex

The dark behind the eyes.

Something of a silly idea, but I'm aiming to make a Dark Eldar army based on the Dark Elves, Frost Giants and other appropriate Marvel villains.

At the moment I'm thinking:

Loki - Archon
Malekith - Archon or Haemonculus (not sure which)
Dark Elves - Warriors/Trueborn (Not much of a stretch Wink )
Frost Giants - Grotesques
Frost Wolves? - Talos/Cronos (Not sure about this one, but Malekith is the Master of Hounds - so this could be amusing with Dark Artisan)

Anyway, I have plans for Loki, but I'm looking for is models for:
- Malekith
- Frost Giants (preferably close to grotesque-sized)
- Frost Wolves (preferably ones which can fit on a MC base)

They can be based on the movie versions, on the comic versions or just ones that feel right.

Does anyone know of any models that might be suitable?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions for other characters or creatures which would fit this theme?

I will respect human rights and trans people but I will never under any circumstances use the phrase 'folks' or 'ya'll'. I would rather be killed by firing squad.

Yeah, when i read the small novel that is the Death Guard unit options and think about resolving the attacks from a melee-oriented min size death guard squad, the thing that springs to mind is "Accessible!"

You're not. If you're worried about your opponent using 'fake' rules, you're having fun the wrong way. This hobby isn't about rules. It's about buying Citadel miniatures.

For Frost Giants, there could be some mileage in Chaos Marauders with arms GSed into ice-weapons. Same with Orks/Nobz if you want larger ones, although you might need to de-scifi them a bit if you want to stay true to the source. I have a feeling Reaper do some Ice Giants, which could work as Grotesques or even Pain Engines depending on size.
