Well I have been working on these troops for some time. I decided I wanted to go for the original Sons of Horus pal, sea green from Index Astartes back in 2001 as opposed to he darker green that FW seem to be doing now. Unfortunately GW don't make a colour for this so a lot of blending and mixing was required, but I think it was worth it in the end.

Very nice but could do with green broken up by runes or black armour plates.

Cheers guys. The troops do have black symbols on their right shoulder pads but from the angle of the pic you can't see it.

My next squad will have black shoulder pads. (I'm using this method to quickly differentiate squads on the battle field)

Vallejo Panzer Aces USMC tank grew is what i used for mine and it looks ace.Cheap to buy from wayland too.Hope that helps mate.
