Anyone know of a company selling reasonably good quality paint racks that don't cost a fortune in the UK? Ideally ones that will take both Vallejo-style droppers and GW/PP-style pots, since I have a mix of different brands, and lots of both. Brush stands would be useful as well.

I had to build my own...
Its made out of some cheap white shelf boards from wickes, and some 32mm waste pipe, which I cut at a slight angle using a drop saw with an end stopper to get all my bits the same length, glued them together with a hot glue gun and built the frame to fit with some bonus shelves. You could probably make a desk hutch style one rather than wall mounted though.. whatever you need it to be
Overall cost was something like £10 on plastic pipes, and 10-20 on shelf boards (I cant remember the exact cost anymore), it holds a good 190 dropper style paints, Could easily add in a small shelf for citadel pots, but I moved all ym citadels to droppers which I got in bulk from china and added 3mm beads as agitators and a splash of acrylic medium/flow aid/drying retarder to every bottle (actually was used to encourage the dregs out of the original pots)
I quite happy with it to be honest. Much cheaper than any 190 pot rack I couldve bought (that I could find).

DIY is the way to go IMO. If that doesn't work for one reason or another - take a look to see if you can find any wall mounted nail polish racks.

I tell people quite often that when looking for hobby supply storage (and a good bit of tooling...) take a look at beauty supply shops. Readily available, cheap and about the right size.
You can also find various brush holders and other storage items for your various bits and pieces. Now it isn't even too hard to find ones that are not pink.

Just build your own.
It's really easy and pretty cheap, plus you get to build them however you want. I built some for my hobby room over the summer and I think it wound up setting me back about $40 in material and took me an afternoon of finish.

I just built one today for a grand total of $13 Canadian. Easily the best method than spending way more than that for no reason. It was such an easy method too. Once I mount it (there are ways around this if required), I'll take a picture.

I appreciate the suggestions, but I did realise that was an option. I don't own proper tools and I've no interest in fannying about trying to find some, measure & cut wood etc. I just want to buy some racks to sit on my desk so I have easy access to my paints.

Spice racks are another option that provide good value, especially if you are using the larger 2 ounce bottles of paint.
Whenever you can get into a category that serves a larger audience, your value - what you get for your money - increases. The paint rack bubber linked to is perfectly serviceable, but because it is marketed to a very small audience, there isn't much volume savings. You can get something very comparable in other markets out of better quality materials for significantly less money.

Spice racks are very expensive when you get to one that's large enough.
The one I shared is pre-cut & all you need is some PVA glue.
The elastic bands that come with it are perfect for holding it together while the glue dries too!
Another option is the Paintier 80:
but at £75 it's quite expensive too (however I have 2 which I'm looking to sell - say £35 a piece inc P&P??)
Another option are racks form here but, again, they aren't cheap.

I used to use 3 picture ledges from Ikea to hold the most used paints. Worked well for me and holds a surprisingly large amount of dropper bottles.

If you absolutely have to buy one pre made,
when I was shopping I couldnt find one I liked more than the back2basix ones, its was the cost that made me DIY it (and I think I got something more suitable for my needs by making it)

Theyve got a few styles. More than I just linked. The clear acrylic ones look nice to me.
