I want to get some cultists for my CSM army but i dont really want to pay for the GW cultists and i want my cultists to look different from others. What company or game uses the same size models that would be good to convert into cultists?

28 mm models are pretty common. What kind of CSM army do you want to run? If you want to play zombies, there's a pretty common zombies kit that's about 30 zombies for $20 (no bases, though!)

Google 28 mm models or 28 mm infantry and you should be able to find what you're looking for. Also, if you want a bit more old school, google Flames of War models.

It doesnt really matter what kind of cultist they are as i tend to paint them with just whatever colors i feel like using at the moment, i paint cultists to relax

Yaktribe has a massive thread Alternative miniature sources for use in Necromunda, any model that could be a ganger in that would work as a Cultist.
