Stealthy Dark Angels Scout with Shotgun

Okay, so I was wondering about the organisation of the Angels of Absolution, specifically whether or not the Chapter includes the Deathwing and Ravenwing companies.
In the Siege of Vraks part three it sites the use of Sternguard Veterans by the Chapter, which would suggest that not all of the first company are terminator-clad. Multiple places the background material (almost every dark angels thing ever) cites the Deathwing and Ravenwing being exclusively of the Dark Angels Chapter.
Contrary to this, they are referenced in the Dark Angels codex instead of Codex: Space Marines, giving them access to Deathwing and Ravenwing squads. I've also heard tale of the Angels of Absolution 1st and 2nd companies being referred to as the Wardens and the Shriven, but I'm not sure I believe that.
Would Deathwing and Ravenwing units in an Angels of Absolution army just represent terminators/bikes and terminator/bike veterans? How would these units be painted? Also do the Angel of Absolution wear robes? If so are they green or white?

according to codex: dark angels. the dark angels do indeed have vetern squads, but these are not in fact first company. but rather remain in their home company rather then being concentrated in first company. they don't carry specialist ammo (GW clearly wants to leave that to vanilla marines as something sp[ecial) but in the fluff I don't see why they wouldn't if it was needed

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

I'd say it's safe to assume that the first and second companies are organized the same way as with the Dark Angels since the Unforgiven operate pretty much as a unified legion. You can still have the same organization even with different names for the companies (like Wardens and the Shriven).

The lexicanum/codex also states:

"Their structure and belief are still very similar to those of their progenitor chapter, to the point that the two chapters have often joined forces and pooled resources in the hunt of The Fallen. "

Also, looking at the color scheme and the miniature posted there, they probably wear green robes.

And the Angels of Darkness descended on pinions of fire and light... the great and terrible dark angels.
He was not the golden lord. The Emperor will carry us to the stars, but never beyond them. My dreams will be lies, if a golden lord does not rise.

I look to the stars now, with the old scrolls burning runes across my memory. And I see my own hands as I write these words. Erebus and Kor Phaeron speak the truth.

My hands. They, too, are golden.

When it comes to Space Marines Forge World tends to suffer from two problems: the artists don't always get things right, then they get someone to label the images who somehow manages to get it wrong even when the artist has done things exactly by the book.

I don't know if it's backed up by the books actual text, but looking at the Veteran Squad I'd bet good money the artist intended it to be a 4th Company Veteran squad and not 1st company as it's been labelled, as every member of the squad has a personal heraldry on his left knee - where the company marking should go - with every one incorporating the 4th companies checkerboard pattern.
