Some very basic background info , hope you guys enjoy.
At the Dawn of time there was little but the void were barley any creatures lived on clusters of rock and dust , from some ancient realm were great war had occurs leaving barely any survivors or living beings remaining. The Greatest of these beings were the Ancient ones a group of spirit like creatures that could create new life and creatures, they first created new worlds and nature then simple beasts and animals, The gods then placed the last living Beings of the first Galaxy onto the new worlds and gave them new tools and equipment to forge a new society were peace would be forever. Then the Ancient ones created the greatest thing of all, Magic. Magic was truly great and allowed many to stop starvation and allowed peace to flourish. But there was one being who being who would turn this peace to ash and burn the Ancient ones great new society in a matter of hours. Zork had existed before the new universe and had witnessed its creation and the creation of a new society and had helped many races achieve greatness with magic and form allies with their greatest enemies. But then the Ancient Ones realised the Universe would become overcrowded and had to create new laws. Life and death.
When the Ancient ones revelled these laws to their Chosen Heralds, while most realised the wizens of the Ancients Zork feared their actions. He did not wish to die like the rest of the Galaxy’s life. He began to experiment with the magic’s which he used to create new life and changed his own form into a twisted but immortal state. He soon created a new type of magic entirely. Necromancery, he then began to summon the dead to his cause and soon the first army of the dead formed. Zork lead his new army against the Ancient ones peaceful society’s which fought back with great fury but soon the tides overwhelm them.

Can I just ask when it is continued do we have to choose between our Galaxy at War and War of the Undead characters, or will they serve as major NPC's and we start off as new characters like in the new 40k one you're doing?

You can chose to make new characters if you wish but if you chose to continue the RPG but the Level system is no longer in place and your characters may be downgraded for certain reasons. The current storyline may be changed to fit with the new storyline. There may be new races as well. Here’s some Galaxy at War Background.

The Xenoth are a race of insectoid aliens that have soured the Universe for century’s and have millions of troops that are easily disposable. Over a million worlds have been scarred by Xenoth invasions and attacks while others fear the day they land on their world. The Xenoth race was able to gain a massive amount of technology and finances after the discovery of valuable minerals and crystals on their home worlds by their ancient tribes and clans. After years of technological advancement and weapon selling the Xenoth united into an Empire. An advancing Xenoth army can crush any foolish any army thinking they can gun down the thousands of ground troops and Grav Tanks of the Xenoth Empire. Tri-Pods and Elite Tank regiments will arrive after the Xenoth troops have broken the enemy lines or tired them out allowing the Regiments to crush them with their heavy weapons. The Strange aircraft of the Xenoth armies can tear enemy formations apart with little difficulty and destroy armoured vehicles with their Acid crystals beams that melt the armour of vehicles allowing an armour piercing shell to break through.
The Xenoth are a Hive based race, their Ranking based on their birth and war experience. A Xenoth who has survived the hardship as a Drone may advance to become a Major or Heavy weapon specialist. This advancement will be shown in their Carapace’s colour or size depicting a pattern or certain colour. Most Xenoth will have their flesh mixed with bio mechanical technology, others already born with some Mechanical limbs or Tails. The Xenoth will defeat any enemy who stands in their way using massive force or vehicles to crush and annihilate the enemy.
The Konith are a reptilian race of creatures that are trained from birth to fight against their enemies, each trained to fight with a sword or blade until 13 were they will chose a new path. These paths are the Warrior, engineer or medic. , Once chosen they will strive to learn from their family or elders who will pass on their knowledge to them. At age 24 the Konith will go to war or defend their worlds until unable to fight, many Konith see war as a Religion or Faith that must be followed others as a simple Life style. The Path of the Warrior is most common as Konith will wish to fight for the respect of their Elders while Medics will train to assist their brothers in arms. The Engineer is considered the path of the outcast, one who has failed their family and wishes to tend to Machine instead of fighting the enemy and only fighting in self-defence. The Konith’s Vehicles are sleek and used for transport and rarely for fighting unless as ranged support. The feared Reaper Gunship carries a payload of Magma Missiles that can destroy or crush entire regiments or units while Flamethrowers mounted on Annihilator tanks burn the enemy with horrid affects.
The Konith have a Family honour based culture, the young of each family will strive to become favoured by their Elders in training combat while others will seek advice or training from their fathers or mothers. They will live to fight and will study their enemies’ to learn of their tactics and weaknesses. The Konith cannot be denied and will crush their enemies’ with Martial Prowess or great strength, the other weakling races will learn to respect the Konith.
The Xe’forith are a Sleek and strange Alien Race that possess a long thing body that is covered in feathers and scales that along them to move with extreme speed and stealth , each a stealthy being of great agility. The Xe’forith is born into a life of being a Merchant or the life of War as an Assassin. The armies of the Xe’forith use speed and accuracy as a form of Warfare not bothering to use the brutal tactics of the other races. Their Warriors are fast and furious using Pulse Rifles and Snipers to pick off enemy troops of long Steel Daggers to engage them in close combat while the most favoured Caste of the Assassin is the Infiltrator who will train for years in the art of Infiltrating, Sabotaging or Assassinating. They make use of Sniper Rifles, Energy Blades, Daggers, Bombs and a massive variety of weaponry and devices to achieve their goals. The Crafters of these tools are the weapon smiths of the Xe’forith who forge these grand weapons and devices. Their Vehicles use Stealth Fields and Void Crystals to vaporise the enemy or to poison them for Infantry to deliver the final strike.
The Xe’forith’s culture is strange , there are the Merchant traders of the race and

While both do not always agree and have had small scale Civil Wars in the past both have united to survive and not be destroyed by the monsters of the universe. If they are too Survive they must pass the trials of life.
