Back here for round 2. My Nurgle List has been updated quite a bit and I'm hoping to get some insight as to what is the best course of action for I am a few points short shy of 1500.

Here's what I have thus far:

HQ:
Typhus!
-Typhus Stuff

Sorcerer!
-Level 3 Psyker
-Bike
-Force Sword
-Sigil of Corruption
-Spell Familiar
-Mark of the Almighty Papa Nurgle

Troops:
Plague Marines! x10
-2 with Plasmas
-Champion with Combi-Plasma
-All in Rhino

Plague Zombies! x35
-Zombie Stuff

Fast Attack:
Chaos Bikers! x5
-2 with Meltas
-Chamption with Combi-Melta
-Mark of NEEEEEEEEEERDgle

Heldrake!
-Baleflamer

Heavy Support:
Obliterators! x3
-Mark of Nurgley Murgley

According to BattleScribe Roster Editor, I'm sitting at 1444 pts. I don't feel like spending my spare points on pointless upgrades (not-pointless upgrades are just fine). Any tips and suggestions are welcomed. Thanks!

Nurgle Veteran Marine with the Flu






Very briefly I would drop the plague marine unit down to 7 and this will give you enough points to get a whole other unit. Maybe some spawn or autocannon havocs depending on your strategy. I would also advise taking VotLW on your oblits as they are not fearless.

As you're not using the heavy slots, I would split the obliterated down into 3 units of 1. Deepstrike them in to cause headaches. You dont need the VOTLW then.

I kinda hate the nurgle primaris so would not mark the sorceror sigil is a bit much as well..

Hunting with the 13th

I suspect that you are keeping the oblits together to drop in with Typhus? If so, I also recommend votlw, especially if you are facing marines. If not, then I recommend splitting them up, as already suggested.

If you need some additional points (havoc launcher, combi on rhino, etc), try dropping the zombie blob down to 30 ( or field a squad of 25, and and additional one of 10 for backfield squatting); you really wont miss the extra bodies, and it is surprising how much easier it is moving a 30 man blog vs a 35 man blob.
