Hey everyone!
I have lurked for a while and feel it is time to post!

I am a relatively new Warhammer 40k player (6 or 7 months) but have been painting for a month or two longer.

I have small-ish Chaos Space Marine, Ork, Tyranid, and Dark Eldar armies mostly painted (too much free time + a decently paying job = a lot of models), though I have only actually ever played with my CSM army (though I do have my first DE game coming up against the friend who introduced me to the hobby - and who has remained undefeated by me! We shall see how his feeble Astra Militarum mon-keighs hold up against the thirsty blades of my evil space elves!).

As an avid video gamer and, in particular, a big fan of the Dawn of War games, it didn't take much for me to hop into the hobby, though I do wish I started it much, much earlier! Small towns don't tend to harbour a wargaming community though and so when I moved to a bigger city and made some friends that were into 40k, I began this expensive love affair with little plastic spacemen.

Haha it is tough in the small town scene, but I have found out that a lot of people I had went to high school with used to play, so with a little peer pressure I have convinced them to dust off the models! Mwahahaha!
