IA13 take a unit of coven of psykers. join a sorceror or an ic that can take the power you want to the said the unit. They now count as the same unit for the purpose of casting psychic powers and therefore perils will just change the renegades psykers into possessed. you lose psychic charge but hey! couple with kastyr lutien rhino and spell familiar for malefic kicks and giggles.
just be careful not to get dragged into the warp !
Unfortunatly you can only join one at a time if you buy multiples and you have a chance of gettting completely destroyed in your oppnents shooting phase!
Now is this correct?

The Rogue Psyker has to suffer a wound from perils to trigger that rule. If he's in a unit with another psyker and that psyker suffers a perils how is the rogue psyker taking a wound?

isnt it the unit that casts the power? the rule that lets warlocks cast farseer powers if they are joined?

There is no rule that says that.
An IC that joins a unit becomes a unit with them. They move together, shoot together, charge together. But the sorcerer does not have the "Brotherhood of psykers" special rule. Heck I don't even think the rogue psykers do. Because of that, the model casting the power is the model that suffers the consequences.

The rule that 'lets' warlocks cast farseer powers if they are joined also completely breaks the psychic phase.
There is no way to determine how many warp charges a unit generates if it contains psykers with different Mastery Levels. So you never get as far as casting powers.
Most players assume that we are actually supposed to treat each psyker or Brotherhood unit as a separate unit for resolving the psychic phase, even when they are joined. Because the alternative is chaos.

Actually, by RAW that is how it works. Psykers can trade off psychic powers and perils and all sorts of stupid stuff. Literally no one plays it that way, though, because by RAW the psychic phase is utterly broken. Not in the OP sense of broken, but in the sense that the rules simply don't work.

Don't Rogue Psykers have the Aura of the Witch rule which means they cannot join or be joined by another unit?

I would completely disagree with the rules interpretation, as it is deliberately bending words to advantage. And to be honest there is no chance I would leave my sorceror with a T3 bodyguard in any case.
