Hi. I'm going to receive the following Eldar lot:

Farseer,
1 warlock,
Autarch on a Jetbike,
Avatar of Khaine,
15 dire avengers,
20 guardians with 2 weapons platforms,
6 Swooping Hawks,
1 Wave Serpent,
and 2 Walkers

I'll also receive 120 CADS with this lot. What should I buy next ? A friend of mine suggested 2 other Wave serpents.

I would say you will probably want another wave serpent and some jetbikes.

wave serpents are pretty high points so 2 can push you into bigger games pretty quick. Jetbikes are mobile and if you play Maelstrom missions can be a frustrating joke because of how many points they can score in a game.

I would suggest (in no particular order), another War Walker to fill out the unit, a unit of Fire Dragons or Wraithguard with Wraithcannons (for anti-tank), and a Wave Serpent to put them in. I'll also second Buddha's suggestion of Jetbikes - they're ridiculously handy in Maelstrom missions.

The Warlock can only be put with the Guardians, but I wouldn't bother. Though, I don;t use Guardians at all, so YMMV.

If you're not going to put the Autarch with a unit, use it with the mantle. A 2+ cover save is quite good, along with the other saves.

The Avatar has no-one to accompany him. Pre-7th, he often had 3 Wraithlords with him, but the rules and Wraithknight put a stop to that. If you use a bubble-wrap unit to guard it, stomp up to a couple of objectives and smash anything park there.

6 Swooping Hawks is the ideal number, as they get the bigger template when dropping grenades when they land.

you have between 2 and 5 troops choices with the DA and Guardians there.
I'd go for 3-6 jetbikes, with 1-2 cannon upgrades.
Also, some Warp Spiders.
Leave the Wave Serpent at home, or buy another 2.
Grab some Wraith Guard and/or a Wraithknight. I like the Wraithlord too, but mostly 'cos I had 2 before the WK appeared.

You're short of AV weaponry, depending on loadouts on the WW and WS.
Shuriken weapons are good against infantry.
