Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I wanted to share some of my "enhancements" that I did today. AKA repaints/touch-ups. All ships were washed with GW Nuln Oil then drybrushed with an appropriate color - P3 Khador Red and P3 Underbelly Blue for Crimson TIE Interceptor / TIE Fighters respectively. Used GW Abaddon black to go over the wing panels on the TIEs to make them pop more. Coated all of the glass/canopy areas with GW 'Ardcoat. Then I added a few little "pips" on the back of the TIEs for the engine glow.




White Scar drybrush for the A-wing and B-Wing. Added Engine glow on the X-Wing, A-Wing (not shown. too hard to see) and B-Wing as well.


And last but not least, the engine glow on the Outrider and Decimator.

I did the same to my Assault Marines. I t adds a more "effect" overall on the model. Nicely done and tone is just right Varden. Much props

Good job. I am repainting some "uglies" for my pirate list, and found that a matte black on the solar panels makes them pop so much more than the dark grey they come painted with. Engine glows make everything better, too.
