Just finished up this Stormtalon Gunship - one of a pair. I really like this model, and it performs fairly well on the tabletop if it isn't eating interceptor fire!

Looks good, I agree with JBSchroeds that you should paint the canopy struts either black or red. Use painters tape on the glass areas so you can paint without worrying about making a mistake on the glass.

I'll echo the last 2 posts regarding the canopy.... and add one other thing.

The Stormtalons in the background... it's tail wing is on backwards. I know this only because I made that very mistake earlier today and only noticed while I was painting. Since I used super glue, I just stuck the whole thing in the freezer to make the glue brittle then snapped it off. Easy fix!

Anyway, I definitely like the scheme! Good stuff!

Dip the canopy in floor wax, it will make it appear more transparent, bringing out the detail under the canopy. Then paint the canopy frame as others have suggested.

The tail is on backwards on the other one, but as they're a pair I like to differentiate between them
