Im tempted to get into 30 k.
However is there a Place with a quick overview of the rules for the Different Kind of Army lists and legions?!?
Im Interested in Luna wolves ( cause the Primarch model looks badass) and the alpha Legion as well as dark angels cause i like the fluff around Lion El jonson

The Dark Angels don't have anything yet. For what we do have, Formosa had a big thread somewhere around reviewing all the stuff. I don't remember if he got into the specifics of the individual legions, though.

There are only three different army lists; Marines, Solar Auxilia, and Mechanicum.

The different legions all take from the same big army list, then have special abilities, new and unique units in different slots, and modifiers or restriction on units and wargear.

Further, each force can generally take a Rite of War (?) if you have a Praetor (your captain, basically) that modifies your troops and force org.

I'm sure a quick google search will reveal the specific rules for each legion and overview of their unique units.
