So this isn't a direct army list so i am going to post it here.

What is Dakka's feelings about Flyer heavy armies?

I am talking about 6 flyers in a 2500 point CAD.

I play CSM and am wondering if 3 fire raptors and 3 hell blades would work.

6 Flyers in 2,500? Sounds too low. (I kid, I kid)

One of my armies is Inquisition/D99 and I don't find myself running into situations where the other guy can't play against the Flyers, but Valkyries aren't exactly the king of air-to-air so one or two dedicated interceptors is usually enough to make my day difficult. Hell Blades aren't too obnoxious but three Fire Raptors is serious skew. What sort of game are you planning for? Friendly, tournament, pick-up?

At 2500 points I dont think either of those fliers could be considered unreasonable, especially since you're giving up a HQ to either Abaddon, Warpsmith or Maelific Sorcerer in order to field more than one Fireraptor in the list. At lower points values alot of fliers could be incredibly hard to deal with but by the time your surpass 2000 points I'd expect most lists to have anti-air and anti-tank in reasonable quantities.
