I don't play Eldar but they do table me often so, I like option 2. I fell with Option 1 you are limited to one hit on armor. I know that a S9 AP1 can explode a vehicle I would rather have 4 or 5 meltas hitting armor. Of course the down side is the range to my theory.

First one, only because you have more armor than your opponent will, and you wont be seeing much heavy av13+ armor at that level. And If you do, they will be sacrificing their anti armor to do so, leaving you ahead.

I agree here. In such low points you won't see much heavier armor. The Prism gives you better multipurpose from a greater range.

Definitely the first, The fire dragons aren't really doing much at this level and the fire prism adds more armour and versatility to the list
