Hello all, been a while since I've posted a list and after Christmas I was able to pick up a few of the new Tyrannocytes and the Toxicrene (I really liked the model so I wanted to include one in my newest) I have played him once and he didn't have a great showing (1000 pt allied game) I also picked up a set of the new Zoan/Venoms and made a neurothrope and an extra zoanthrope to go with my other two and made the remaining model a venom so I could take the hyper toxic node when I need too (this doesn't include that formation) I also picked up the Shield of Baal Leviathan book which was quite a fun read and I like all of the new rules. This army uses the Hive Fleet detachment rules so I could re-roll
IB and make use of some of the new
WL traits.

So the concept is pretty standard fair for Tyranids - I'm missing out on some of my more favored bugs like my Hive Crones or my Exocrines but I think this list should still do well. I will use my Flyrants as normal to provide mobile synapse and high
str fire where needed. The Tervigon I might play a little more aggressively than usual. Normally I hide her behind a wall whilst my two Exocrines provide artillery fire to anything that comes near and moving up the board. Horms and Terms provide a bit of a tarpit and wall of bodies for the larger bugs and the Tyrannofex will trundle up the board spraying acidic goo everywhere. Then my pods should arrive and help me eliminate heavily armored targets. I played the neurothrope before and really liked how they perform - it's also a rather durable unit that takes a good amount of shooting before I start having to worry about losing efficiency. I'm still playing around with the Toxicrene trying to find a good place for it but I feel the best way to run it is in a pod, dropping down behind enemies and force them to make a choice.
So what do you say? Is this a decent enough list?
