Now this is where I wonder where I should go assuming one ally.
I can go Inquisition for servo skulls and Psychic Communion for a near guaranteed 1st turn deepstrike with only 1D6 scatter, benefits include that this is only 64 points giving me enough change to grab a Stormraven and a dozen acolytes to help survive the first turn.
OR
I can go Imperial Guard for MASSIVE amounts of bodies on the board that benefit from ADL, I can also grab a Officer of the Fleet (or whatever he is called) for a slightly lower chance of reserves manipulation.

That's a lot of points in HQ. (Also, you have three, so you're going Unbound.)

What exactly is Psychic Communion? I remember that it used to be a thing, but I can't find it in the current GK codex, nor the current Inquisition codex.

You should give the DKnights hammers at least: Force is necessary for the times they fight another MC.

Drop the Aegis line - go imperial bunker w/ comm 75 points and you don't HAVE to man the bunker to operate comm.

IF YOU WANT TO BE A DICK W THE BUNKER
Add one inquisitor w/ 3 servo skulls. (reduce deep strike scatter to 1d6 if within 12' of servo skull)
Add 3 Servitors w/ plasma cannons (36 in range, str 8 AP2)
which is 60 more points. Also add ammo dump for 15 points (re-roll 1's.. so you don't kill your own servitors)
This gives you a pretty solid fire base, that you can place on / within 2 in of a capture point. (total 184) That puts a HUGE threat radius out that your opponent has to contend with. Also, since the plasma cannons are blast templates - the servo skulls reduce their scatter by 1d6, if within 12 inches.


Drop Psycannons off Dreadknights, add swords
If you want Nemesis Strike Force - you need ONE HQ assigned and ONE heavy.

I would also say add two storm ravens - gives you great anti-air and anti-armor.

As for guard.

2 vendettas (6 twin linked las cannons in the air) 170 ea
a squad of vets w meltas
and an astropath for HQ - stick them in the bunker to help guarantee your deep strike even more.

Actually it isn't unbound it is two NSF formations so don't worry got ya covered. I forgot to write that the swords were in there I will edit that. Did Inquisition get updated? Psychic communion was a power the Inquisitors could take automatically so reserves could get a +1 or ...my phone doesn't have a minus symbol, huh.

And Marine the NSF is 1 Hq 1 Troop not heavy.

Also why drop the psycannons. To make room for the Vendettas?

I know - I fixed the Heavy bit.

Psycannons to make room - preferrably Storm Ravens

12 armor all around, twin linked multi melta, 4 shot assault cannon twin linked, and 4 str8 ap3 missiles. With power of the machine spirit you get 5 shots. Has anti-melta armor - and is an assault vehicle. BS4 - so you can come in and do a pretty huge alpha strike on their fliers.

The vendettas are 12 - with 10 rear armorm 3 twin linked las cannons. BS3

You can get cheap extra troops with guard if you need them
