Could this work?

I know it has some "sub optimal" units, but I can see ways of it controlling a game. What do the Chaos players out there with much more practice than me think? Could this be enough of a pain that it is left with plenty models come turns 5/6/7 and some board control (especially if the zombies can become invisible!). What lists just destroy this?

I feel FMC spam has become a little yawn worthy. I certainly wouldn't expect much from it in a tournament scene. Daemon Princes really need T6 to get back into the spotlight.

Maybe its just me, but I feel the KoS's role is to be a cheap MC, so I'd avoid giving it many upgrades. Maybe keep the greater rewards for increased survivability.

I think you'll have problems landing your princes and having them survive long enough to get into combat. Perhaps take Be'Lakor and cast invis on each prince as they land, one at a time?

Your third Slaanesh Prince is illegal; he's got 60 points worth of Gifts. You'd have to drop the Lesser.

Not paying 30 points for the armor save on 300-point Princes would bite you in the ass really quick. You'd probably have to drop the Heldrake to get it for them. A Flyrant or two would make an absolute mess of them without it.
