So I'm planning on making an undead army with mostly Mantic Miniatures. Now my problem is that the zombies will look boring if I field them en masse without some sort of variation, so I would like to kitbash them together with another kit, something that I can zombify.

Now my question is this: what miniature kit would be good to mix with Mantic zombies (and maybe their skeleton and ghouls too)?

Preferably they should be in plastic for ease of conversion and should be not far off with Mantic's Undead proportion (so no heroic scaled kits). I was thinking if Perry plastic box sets especially the WotR range, but I dunno how they would look zombified.

Has anyone else tried this? Can you post links of your results? Or any suggestion with a kit that would fit my needs?
