Not sure who should take the Exalted reward (portalglyph) als not sure what to use for the Greater rewards should i just roll twice on the table or which items work best?

You can't be partially unbound. Either you're battle-forged and everything is in a detachment or completely unbound.

The dumb part about this is that you have no reason to take be'lakor and the DP outside of your CAD because you have the HQ and heavy support slots available to just put them in your CAD.

Yeah this list IS battle forged. Looks good as well.
