Crusader holds the Cents and well as Tiggy and Calgar, dump it up the middle turn one, pop out the ball of gravity death. Thunderfire holds back on an objective and provides a touch of anti-horde, Stormtalons for AA and light vehicles, Attack bikes to crack heavy armour, snipers combat squad and all hopefully go in ruins near an objective. Telion's group with get +1 cover from his stealth, a second would go in whatever terrain the techmarine upgrades.Fun, but not necessarily a world beater list.

I’d spam tacs in drop pods. Get lots of OS units on objectives.

For the LRC you might want to build a deathstar and put it in there. Grav cents or honor guard are probably the two best picks.
