Hello to all,
While i am a competent necron player my secondary army project is an
Clan Raukaan up to 6 Dread list Ultra Chesse No limit Tournement
I have no expericence at all with SM (and the different type of dreads GW And FW and weapon configuration) so i am turning to you for help in making a list first before heading out and getting the models.
I am looking to make the most competitive list possible for high end Take all Comers Tournament list.
(i do know about the MoF Gorgon chain that i will field for this list)

Why don't you write us up what you were thinking and/or what you have so its easier?
The 6 dread list although cool is certainly not Clan Raukaans best list.
Gorgon chain bike lord is scary.
Artificer Armour, the Gorgon's Chain, Thunder Hammer, Betrayer's Bane and Digital Weapons on a bike - 4 wounds, toughness 5, 2+ armour save, 3++ invulnerable save, 5+ Feel No Pain, 5+ It Will Not Die, Adamantium Will, and Eternal Warrior carrying a master crafted infinite-use Combi-Melta and a strength 8, AP2 concussive CCW that rerolls a failed assault wound.

Get as many drop pods as possible. The dreads and their pods all get IWND, and could be very disruptive for your opponents movement, while the pods of your tacticals make for sturdy obsec objective holders. Try to get a master of the forge holding the ironstone next to your dreads too if you have the points for it. Another use for the motf would be in a storm raven to make it very tough to take down, ensuring that whatever combat unit inside it will reach it's destination.
I think normal dreads with plasma cannon+TL AC seems like the most efficent/versatitle shooty dread, and ironclads with 2 heavy flamers and chainfist the best punchy one. I could be very wrong here of course.
Chapter master or captain is a better gorgons chain holder than your motf due to their superior amount of wounds.
As always an allied xenos inquisitor with rad grenades and 3 servo skulls is a great utility choice to be attached to a melee focused unit.

Honestly, the Ironclads seem nice, but they're biggest weakness is what seems to be out there in the competitive spammed... FMCs, Tau fast suits and Wave Serpents... they can all get away from you or shoot you in the rear armor after you drop... and unless you have a way to bust open lots of transports before they land with dual heavy flamers, they can't do much on the drop.
I would stay away from dreadnoughts, they just aren't great. You could drop all of them and include some Imperial Knight forces to much greater effect; bigger robots are better!

Chapter Master (270 Pts) FgGren, KrGren, Bolter, Melta Bomb, Bike, Iron Halo, Power Armour, Artificer armour, The Axe of Medusa, Betrayers Bane, Gorgone's Chain, Lighning Claw
This loadout is illegal-you can't have Betrayers Bane, The Axe of Medusa, a Lightning Claw and a Bolter-pick two. Also, Thunderhammer is probably a better choice than the Axe-you get the same maximum strength bonus, but all the time instead of when you roll a 6, and they're both unwieldy. Plus concussive. Master Crafted is nice, but doesn't really matter so much when you have a high number of attacks.
I would argue that the Melta Bomb is somewhat unnecessary given that you have Betrayers Bane, if you keep it. Which I probably would, or give it to another HQ.
Chapter Master (255 Pts) FgGren, KrGren, Thunder Hammer, The Shield Eternal, Melta Bomb, Bike, Iron Halo, Power Armour, Artificer armou
Also, you can't take the Shield Eternal if you're playing as Clan Raukaan-the rules for the Clan specifically state that you replace all of the C: SM relics with new ones.
Not sure if I would sink ~one third of the points into two models. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for beast CM builds (I play Iron Hands myself), but the second chapter master seems like overkill, and not in a good way-there's a limit to how many attacks/shots a CM can throw out. I'd cut the second (lesser) CM and possibly replace him with another bike HQ (which you could give the Betrayers Bane to instead), then take a fully kitted bike command (grav, grav and more grav) for some high volume grav fire.
You need another drop pod-your first dreadnaught that drops is going to be focus-fired like you wouldn't believe because there won't be anything else nearby worth shooting, so find something to shove in a 3rd drop pod so that you have 2 pods arriving on turn one if you're planning on dropping it close to the enemy.
Also, while I love chaplains, your list makes absolutely no sense to include a chaplain with-you haven't got enough CC units on the field to bother with Zealot. Assault squads, Assault Termies, Assault Centurions, Honour Guard, CC equipped Command Squad, Vanguard Veterans or a desperate 10-man squad of Tacticals are the kinds of units you want to be adding a chaplain to. Dreddies and one-man cheese units make the chaplain a waste of points because he won't be doing his job. The right librarian would be ok, but you probably want to throw points into a Techmarine or two to keep your vehicles running.
