Horus Heresy Betrayal and Massacre, or the Istvaan Legions book. Their rules are spread between Betrayal and Massacre but condensed in the red Istvaan Legions book. But then you don't get all the fluff so it depends if you want all the background or just want to play.

You'll need the Legiones Astartes Crusade Army List book too if you go with the Istvaan Legions book.
