I tried to create a fun somewhat competitive army list not the usual spam. Attach the Chaos lord to the bikers and charge! Send the maulerfiends straight into the enemy lines with the chaos lord, send the three rhinos after objectives you could camp the pink horrors on an objective in your deployment or deepstrike into back field for line breaker. The herald of change sits behind the aegis line with the rapiers and cast demon summoning and the rapiers drop strength 10 ap1 large blasts. The herald of change can man the quad gun, summoned demons all over the place!.......tell me what you think of the list

All looks Ok, but you pay a lot of points for LoC, don't waste it hanging back.

Try and get 11 horrors for the extra warp charge.

I think you could get rid of one squad of Chaos Space Marines, replace and replace it with a Soul Grinder. If you're using that many Chaos Space Marine squads, why not have them specifically purposed. I don't see the point of having a missile launcher with a squad that has a plasma gun, double up on the special weapons.

You should use whatever left over points you have to buff your Lord of Change, give him a staff, some greater rewards, so that he can at least do something in CC, he's not a chump in CC.

With summoning you should boost the number of Pink Horrors up to 12 to get the extra warp charge. Right now you don't really have but 4 Warp Charge to use each turn which really isn't a lot to be summoning with.

The Chaos Rapier batteries and the Aegis are devastating but can leave you with no line of sight depending on placement.

It's a cool army btw.

Thanks Captyn_Bob and Hollismason for the critique, I was not sure on what to do with the LOC since I have no experience running demons. Hey Captyn I will try and free up some points for the extra horror and warp charge. To Hollismason, I wasnt sure what weapons to throw with the CSM squads so I just went with the ones I thought were most useful. I will consider switching to either dual meltas or plasma guns or one of each. I wasnt exactly sure what I should equip on a LOC, I originally had a terminator sorcerer and when I realized I would perils on any double when i did demon summoning I switched over to a demon ally. If you think a demon prince is better or any other suggestions for gear to run on the LOC let me know.

I usually get a Herald of Tzeentch when running allied Daemons. Level three psyker with access to divination and malefic daemonology, considerably cheaper than the LoC and more suited for sitting backfield with the Pink Horrors. You can spend the points you will have saved on more Horrors instead.
Alternatively, an Exalted Flamer is the more shootier non-psyker option for the allied HQ slot.
