So my FLGS does a Monthly Apoc game. 3000 per person normally 3 or 4 armys per side I have played in it before but had just got to the 3000 point mark on my army so I wasn't much more than a meat shield for the others. I had success with the Mayhem Pack Deep Striking in as it really threw them off. Here is what I am thinking of building for the next one.

Belakor (350)
Daemon Prince, MoN, LvL 3, Wings, Black Mace, Spell Familiar (345)

10x Termies, MoN, Mutation, VotLW, 3x Chain Fist, Power Fist, Reaper Autocannon, Heavy Flamer, Icon of Dispair (488)

3x HelDrakes (510)

3x MaulerFiends (375)

Plague reaper of Nurgle (575)

Mayhem Pack (300)

I would Deepstrike the mayhem and the terms to try to get against any other super heavy i can. I would be able to shoot the MM on the turn the Mayhem Comes in Hopefully taking down some points, and with the Chainfist and the brutes charge the next turn.

I assume you are aware that 3 drakes and 3 maulers are also decent apocalypse formations?

On paper the plaguereaper feels overcosted, but hopefully in practice a giant tear-drop template will do enough damage.

It all looks pretty cool to me. Lacking in meatshields to tie up enemy units, so a hellcult would fit, but could not say what I would drop as everything else it great, except the plaguereaper and heck if you've gone to the effort of building a plaguereaper you kinda have to use it.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
I would put lashers on one of the maulers, so you can pull down a knights attacks, as they swing first.

I agree on the overcost of the plaguereaper but you hit it right on the head. When I fist saw the tank I knew I had to build it. I am almost done painting i will post some pictures in the gallery when it is done. Thanks for the help.
