So... the first OP is finally on at my LGS this weekend....and night shifts have come up, so my other half can't go.
This is irksome, but on the plus side, it means I can purloin the chromatic dragons for my legion without suffering withering death-glares.

I've had relatively few games, and the tournament organiser is planning on running 130 points, so I'll be figuring out as I go along.
My instinctive response is to keep it simple - bring three of the biggest bruisers I can find.

Hence, I think I'm going with:

Balagos with Fire Breath and Magic Missile - 48
Adult Red Dragon with Fire Breath - 41
Adult Red Dragon with Fire Breath - 41

Not sophisticated, but if I can fly these three in a loose wing and let rip with three Fire Breaths together, it can shatter pretty much anything. I'll be honest, I have slight paranoia about the unique Ballista, Calamity - if I understand its rules correctly, then I think I need the 5 attack dice of a Red Dragon to punch through its apparently impenetrable armour, and with 5 health and 2 armour, they can't be one-shot-killed (although they can be two-shot killed and Calamity's ability to double-tap with Rapid Reload is scary as all hell)

You certainly CAN one shot Calamity with a Red...but you need to roll lots of Crits to do it. The health on both named and generic ballista is 4, so 4 crits will do it, since even Calamity's mighty armor doesn't stop a crit result from penetrating armor.

Although you're much more likely to get a kill result off 2 attacks than one, of course, even when taking a Target action.

And you should fear Dwarven Precision far more than Rapid Reload. One 6 dice attack that converts all Concentrate results into Crits is likely to kill just about anything in the game in one go, unless it can throw a lot of defense dice in response. This is much better than two 5 dice attacks that have no dice-changing abilities.

As for your list, I'd suggest looking at changing out one red for a blue, if possible. Cone attacks can be tricky, in that it's far too easy to catch your own figures in the arc. The blue gives you a line attack out to range 4 at 4 dice, enough to deal good damage to anything without too many Defense dice. You won't be able to take Esheadra (who with Lightning Breath and Devotrix of Tiamat can hit as hard as a red), but you could get a generic blue with lightning breath and have 6 more points for upgrades for the whole team.

I didn't expect to one-shot Calamity with anything (I was talking about it one-shotting me).... I'm more concerned that the lighter dragons can't realistically hurt it at all.

Greens, Shadow Blacks and Coppers are essentially dependent on their breath weapons and spells for punching through 2+ armour, which won't work on Calamity.

I was wondering about Eshaedra. I'm less convinced by a generic Adult Blue - the lightning breath is more discriminate, I admit.

A pack of three Blue dragons might be nice, and would give space to really gun up Eshaedra.

Eshaedra with Lightning Breath, Devotrix of Tiamat, Ring of Swift Breath and Shield - 54 Points

Adult Blue Dragon with Lightning Breath and System Shock - 38 Points

Adult Blue Dragon with Lightning Breath and System Shock - 38 Points

The reds will mostly be dependent on by ability to fly wing-to-wing in formation (so they don't hit each other). I'm half tempted to see how they do when configured for melee fights rather than breath weapons - Adult Reds, with 5 attack dice plus Charge, strike me as the only species capable ot taking down an armour 2 target with claws and teeth.

Could try a purely melee build, for that matter.

Balagos with Close Quarters, Iron Tail Spike, Legendary Resistance - 50 Points
Adult Red Dragon with Close Quarters - 39 Points
Adult Red Dragon with Close Quarters - 39 Points

Theoretically, if Balagos gets bloodied and overflies someone with a charge action, thats a ridculous one 9 dice tail attack followed up by 2 6 dice claw attacks
