If I have Coteaz with a unit inside of a vehicle they can fire out of (Chimera in this case), does a unit arriving from reserves trigger "I've been Expecting you" while the unit is inside the vehicle? Citations would be helpful as I have a small tournament upcoming and I was figuring on using Coteaz and want to be sure I use him correctly. Thanks!

Unless his rule changed, no it doesn't work.
His rule requires you to be able to draw LoS to trigger it (not just for the shooting). There's no permission to draw LoS from inside a vehicle for anything other than shooting.
