Something orks can't do, as a general rule, is run trukks against Tau. Everything the Tau have will glance and pen, and with Ramshackle sucking now, it's just not worth risking explosions for a vehicle that'd guaranteed to die turn one. Instead, eyeball using Battle Wagons. They're pricier, but the AV 14 and 20 boy blobs really help out. Same for the MANZ. It's expensive, but not as expensive as those guys slogging across the field doing nothing. Fliers are okay, but a lot of the Tau suits can get interceptor, and if you only have the one bird they're going to knock it down before it does anything.
Throw away the grot unit: with the KMKS in your backfield, the grot from them can hold backboard stuff, and a lone unit of grits isn't worth the six boyz it would buy.
