First attempt at scratch build. This is being used in a Daemon army, I decided not to go for the typical armoured look.
It was made with Greenstuff, A pen, a hobby knife, a thumb tac, and a couple GW bitz.

Very creative with a nice paint job, but it doesn't really scream Demon Prince.
Maybe make it seem a little more threatening and grand...as is, it's just a winged blob wielding a chain flail.
With all things Nurgle, the fatter and more disgusting it is, the better.

Note that in my comment I said it didn't look like a Demon Prince. I never said it didn't look like Nurgle. Reading comprehension goes a long ways.

I did want to say that the rust effects look pretty good on the weapon. Can we get more picture angles?

Who is to say what a Daemon Prince looks like? They are the paragons of Chaos incarnate.
