With the ability to have Interceptor, Skyfire, and the ability to reroll pens on 4 S8 attacks and 48" range, do the new experimental rules for this thing make it crazy broken or just mostly awesome?

My usual problem with anti-air platforms since the Skyfire + Interceptor nerf has been that most of them are not good against other targets unless they also happen to be flyers. (So if your main army doesn't have good flyers you can pay a tax for some anti-air that will be wasted when your opponent doesn't bring a flyer or in the turns before and after you shoot it down, or just suck it up and let flyers eat some of your troops.) This seems to be the first ground-based, Imperial option that can skyfire and ground fire equally well and is actually not terrible at either.

Whoo mama that thing looks good. And the model looks even better. It's like 40K meets BattleTech and they managed not to screw it up. If it had Ignores Cover too, I could see it being broken, but at least FMCs and Flyers can still jink against it. That being said, I can't think of a lot weapons that get S8 skyfire, especially Heavy 4 and Tank Hunter.

The missile battery seems like an auto-take on it as well. Another 3 S6 AP3 shots will force just about any FMC to jink, whereas most (Flyrants, DPs) wouldn't bother to jink if you were shooting the 4 S8 AP4 alone. The wording on its Independent Tracking bothers me though. "Ignores intervening obstacles to line of sight in open terrain" What does that mean? It ignores LOS, but only if its target is not in terrain? It just straight up ignores LOS? That's really strong on a weapon with a 60" range.

At 220 points I'd say it's really good, but not broken. Also being a Relic prevents spam unless you're going out of your way to list build around them.
