I remember flipping through the rules at a convention, and I LOVE the miniatures.

They are about as "Not Warhammer 40K" as you can get (the miniatures).

And I have been looking for a 28mm skirmish game that has a decent feel to it....

So... Looking to see if I can find anyone that might be able to show the ropes to a new player.

If you are in Houston go to Ettin games in Humble. I don't play there but I do know some people that do and they have a pretty respectable infinity group there!

Yes,we have a good sized Infinity meta in Houston. We just had a 24 player Dire States Tournament held at St. Arnolds Brewery on Jan 18th.

Ettin, Swords and Superheroes, Montags Games, Asgard games.
Lots of stores to get games at.

If you are on facebook, try to join the Houston Area Infinity Gaming group. Lots of guys on there.

Sweet Asgard is getting into infinity?! Good to know. Whenever I go to Houston I usually stop in there to see Will, say hi and check out whats new in the Houston scene. I miss Houston...

They have a few things, I wouldn't say they're getting into Infinity.
You can get people to game there though, as it's central compared to all the other stores.

Like I said, best bet is to check on Facebook for Houston Infinity. We usually set up game days, demos, and meet ups there.

We're gaining players at a good clip after O:IS and N3 dropped.
