Hello all,

I was surfing the internet earlier today and I thought about an old game called "Incoming", a simple arcade shooter made in 1998 that I enjoyed years and years ago. So I searched it up, and I came across this site:

old-games<dot>com

Has anybody used this website before? I've navigated through it safely enough and Avast! Antivirus gives it a good rating, but I have yet to download anything from it. Overall it looks safe, well put together, all game reviews are all written elegantly. However, I encountered a review on a Norton antivirus site stating that files from the site contained malicious files. When I attempted to do further research, I could not find anymore information on the site (I really don't know of any other good website reputation services to check out.)

In summary, anybody ever use this website before? The website looks legitimate, but I'm honestly unsure at this time.

I'll definitely check that site out, see if I can find some of the older titles there.

Also I still haven't found anymore information on old-games<dot>com, man it is ridiculously hard to research a website.

Anyone else ever try use old-games<dot>com?

I don't know about this old-games, never heard of it.
But is that game you want the same as the one on GoG? GoG has most old games:

Edit: Yes I looked they are the same.

I wouldn't use old-games though, I looked on the internet and one of the few things I could find about it was someone warning others it is a scam site.
I would buy from GoG, they are well-known and reliable, offer great deals and games bought there have also been made compatible with modern PCs, so you can just install and play.

I guess I'll finally break down and spend the $5 on gog.com, I'll admit I was hoping to find a game that old for free.

Thanks for the info!

Well a friend of mine tested out this website, there were no malicious files but overall it was a terrible experience.

When you go to download anything from the website they offer you the option to pay for a faster download, or download at a slower speed for free. My friend of course chose the slow but free option. The game Incoming then began to download at 5 kb/s, and three days later he had finally downloaded the file, which was less then 500mb in size. The file was a zip, and only contained a corrupted exe.

In summary, I cannot recommend this website at all.
