I own dark vengeance and Crimson slaughter. I also own 1 extra helbrute, 20 more cultists and 3 converted chaos bikers. I have played 5 games with different lists... Please recommend some, I am new and maybe I missed something!
Are you losing? What sort of problems are you having?

Consider more Raptors with Mark of Slannesh and Icon of Excess. Add in some special weapons and the unit is very difficult to handle. I play against a squad of ten set up that way pretty often and it's a unit I can only counter with a handful of my own units across three armies. Some tactical thinking means they can really disrupt things.
More bikes with Mark of Nurgle are needed. Really as many as you can get. Bikes are one of the very very few things that Chaos has that are up in the 'good unit' category. The other is of course Plague Marines, which you also don't have. Get some as Objective holders and it is remarkably difficult to get them off. Use a Chaos Lord on a Bike with Mark of Nurgle and some special melee weapon relic and you have yourself GOOD troops and the bike unit would be able to mow over plenty.
Getting one extra Helbrute and using the Muderpack from the Helbrute Dataslate can throw a wrench in your opponent's plans. Them and a squad of Deep Striking Terminators from the Crimson Slaughter expansion can very literally make it a two front battle If you Deep Strike behind the enemy. A useful tactic and can force your opponent to split his forces. Three wild Helbrutes is nothing to laugh at and Terminators are just annoying enough to survive taking backfield objectives and be a general pain.
Maybe post the list you use and we can critique. Dark vengeance doesn't give you particularly competitive units unfortunately but its a good base to build on
