This is very similar to my list.
I have been told that putting both a squad and dread in a stormraven is a bad idea. You may also want to consider adding some obj caling units like scouts. I dont really see the usefullness of the gallians staff relic, you could use those points elsewhere. Hope I helped!

I really think Gallian's Staff is a wast of points. If you are running a dreadnought then you may want to take the frag cannon and melta gun also they do really good in drop pods

You should also take out one of the infernus pistols on the guard for a power fist.

It lets me re-roll ones when I take a psychic test, so yeah, it is pretty useful. The Tac Squads are fine for objective holding.

A power fist, what for? My guard already have inferno pistols to pop tanks open and Dante will be hitting them with 5 S7, AP2 attacks at I8 no the charge, so that's harder targets sorted as well.

Ditch the storm shield on the librarian, or ditch the relic. You're either using him to manifest powers and help everyone else, or you're throwing him into combat (and therefore focussing his powers on himself) to ruin someone elses day; few tactics will use both.

The points you save can either be used to give him a good CC weapon (if throwing him into combat), or to buff something else.

Also, I'd be tempted to ditch the inferno pistols-range is too short for good tank cracking, and if they're taking a banner you want them near other units who will benefit from the banner.

you are play 25 points that let you rerole 1s that really isnt that good then on top of that if you get another 1 you take a unsaveable wound

You have two infernus pistols already anyway. The pf is for mc's. The galians staff seems like a surefire way to lose wounds to me.

25 points...? What? It's only ten points. So I think it's worth it in some occasions.
