Jolly Roger is preparing to paint huge amount of circle miniatures. Those are two separate commissions but all pics will be posted here. We painted big armies before ( check here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/593872.page ), but this project is truly gargantuan.

Preparing everything to paint will take some time.

I think it would take me a full year just to assemble all those models. Hordes, indeed!
Looking forward to seeing what you do with them.

That looks like quite the project!

How long do you think it will take?

Having only painted 6 miniatures so far this year, those projects would last me several lifetimes.

Forgive me now! Tomorrow I may no longer feel guilty...

damn.

Awesome stuff. Don't care for the style of highlighting on the armour panels, but otherwise, great stuff.

Getting all those minis ASSEMBLED in that time would be a daunting task for me, let alone painting them.

happy wargaming,

How did you do the black on the black circle component? Namely their cloaks?

It is an amazing colour, and I'd love to replicate it.

I shudder to think how much it'll cost to ship all of these out to the client!

Really nice work. The limited pallete is quite striking.
