Terminator Librarian with Gallian's staff and ML2? Great, solid HQ. - I'm assuming you're going to stick him with the terminators in the land raider, I'd say good strategy there.

Personally, I don't like scouts. They don't kill too much, and they just die. Or maybe that's just my luck...

I'd say take two ten man tactical squads, Heavy Flamer and special of your choice (I like Plasma and Grav), and combat squad them.

Assault marines with two meltas are a solid choice, again I'd say combat squad them. (Spreads them out and is more flexible.)

Predators are a good choice, giving you the ranged anti-tank that your other units can't provide. Solid choice, but I'd say maybe take a vindicator. Large blast for infantry blobs, but you can take your pick.

I really dont like the staff . Other then that i like the hq choice

I would maybe swap the land raider for a storm raven
