So this is a mix of AV13 spam backed up by Tomb blades. This list isvery reliant on Guass which is my main concern but should reliably down about 2 Knights in a turn.

So only 6 AV13 Hulls so not true spam but then I do have nearly 30 Tomb Blades which should down about 3 Wave Serpents a turn between them. A total of 170 Guass shots should put out a decent amount of hurt (though I'll never get to fire all 170 shots in a turn) and some Tesla and a Doomsday cannon in there. What do you think? Better than Destroyerwing or worse? Automatically Appended Next Post: Anyone?

Yes new book. Lots of formations and points reductions. Tomb blades with nebuloscopes now ignore cover. RP is 4+ for everything in a Decurion with everything in the RL getting rerolls1s on that if within 12" of Overlord. Oh and it all has relentless and MtC.
Doomsday Ark is now S8 Ap3 when it moves and S10 Ap1 when stationary. And Gauss Flayer Arrays are salvo 5/10 so you get the full 10 shots at 24" either side.
Tesla doesn't work on snapshots hence why I have so little of it. Also Gauss now auto wounds on a 6 again.

I like it (as long as what I've gleaned from the new dex discussions is all true). The old age cron issue of anti-mc seems to be your only downfall. If you come up against multiple MCs with 3+'s it could prove an issue. What in the new dex (apart from crazy wraiths) helps with the anti-mc issue?

Deathmarks and Destroyer Cults are the best answers to MCs. Though weight of S5 firepower :-) should suffice. From the S5 alone I should average 18 wounding hits a turn with 3+ armour that's 6 unsaved wounds before the Annihibarges doomsday and potentially 100 S4 shots. The BargeLord can to an extent fight them. As can Destroyer Lords now they have access to phase shifters.
25 point Lychguard and Praetorians can also help with that issue.

Overall, I like it and it is pretty close to what I'll run when I get enough tombblades. The ignore cover, twinlinked S5 gauss is pretty good enough for most flyers as well.
I disagree with your math that you can take down 3 waveserpents a turn with just the Tomb Blades. The math I did earlier showed that you'd need 14 Tomblades firing in rapid fire to reliably take down a Wave serpent. The key is reliably... which means that you should aim to take 4 hull points away... not 3. That'll mean that you'd need them to make at least 8 shield saves (and, you will be forcing them to keep their serpent shield).
Can't wait to get my hands on the proper book... tomorrow. Oh well.

What do you mean by shield saves on a Wave Serpent? We can't pen them with Gauss. And why 8? 8 glances is massive overkill. Automatically Appended Next Post: PolyRanger. I think you are right MCs are the weakness of this list but I should have enough shots to stop them. The great thing is even Wraithknights aren't too much of an issue as the S4 can now hurt them too  though FMCs are more of an issue. I should just easily out point any flying heavy list though.

I could be confused, but doesn't the serpent shield give waveserpents a 4+ save on top of any other save that they get?
Because we are rolling a relative few dice, the law of large numbers isn't really in our favor. To compensate for that, I increase what is required to do what I want by a factor of 20%. So to take 3 hull points, I figure what is needed to take 4 hull points. Need to do 6 pens to get three past the Serpent Shield, then you'd need 8 pens to start off with.

Oh... which would be ignored by the nebulascopes.
Well then... Units of 6 make a strong choice that is still easily hideable. Units of 10 would also be monsters, if a bit of overkill.

Probably the titan holo-fields. They're a 4+ roll to negate any damage, but aren't a type of save.

Shield gives a 2+ downgrade Pens to glances. Serpents generally have a 3+ jink but that's irrelevant to Tomb blades. I went with 10s because I can't roll dice so I like to be sure to overkill as that means I have a chance to kill.
