I have a Highlander tournament coming up and I need to fine tune my army a bit. Local meta includes Alpha Strike Marines (Drop Pods, Grey Knights, & Bikes) with IKnights, Chaos Marines (enhanced by IA:13), and my FLGS's top seeded and most tactically skilled player will be bringing Eldar (Serpent x 2+ Wraithblade Wall + Demon Summoning). Any advice would be greatly appreciated
-Commander w/2 Missile Pods, TL, Drone Controller
-Marker Drone Squad (6 Drones)
-Riptide w/Ion Accelerator, Stims, EWO, SMS, Pilot Array, 2 Shielded Missile Drones*
-3 Crisis Suits w/2 Plasma Rifles
-3 Crisis Suits w/2 Missile Pods
-3 Crisis Suits w/2 Fusion Guns, one w/Target Lock
-2 Crisis Suits w/2 Fusion Guns
-4 Tetras w/Spines
-Aegis w/Comms
-Culexus
*I know this is an unconventional choice. Lately people have been smartening up and ignoring my Riptides. I have had good luck bringing the drones for additional fire power, rather than bringing Crisis Suits with MPs. With careful placement they are not the ones taking the hits so morale checks haven't been an issue. The drones also let me start with more firepower on the board when I want hold the Crisis Suits and Commander in reserves to avoid Alpha Strikes. This has worked wonders for me and turned around my opinion on these Drones.

Dare I say too many markerlights? You only have 5 units that can benefit from them, but 5 marker sources! This seems a bit OTT

The Tetras should pump out ~6 hits base, the Commander ~6-7. That's great turn one. Turn two is when I still need Marker support for 5 units to maximize the Beta strike impact. Assuming my opponents will draw down hard on one or both of those units, I still need to get ~8 ML hits to really deliver a pounding. What would you change out in their place?

How is this highlander? You would have to take fire warriors and kroot squads before you would be able to take a second unit of crisis suits.

Sorry, I should have posted the limitations! This is an Unlimited Build Highlander. Must be battleforged, no troop restrictions, no detachment restrictions (other than no duplication of non-troops), LOW limit at 25% (375), Forgeworld is in, no AV15 Fortifications or networks, named characters count as equivalent generic counterpart.
