I was thinking of getting a set of forge worlds zone mortalis and I was wondering if it was worth buying the set or if there was a good 3rd party version.

I have never played on the FW boards, they do look nice. If you are feeling crafty, there are all kinds of great home-made examples on the web. I always thought it would be sweet to get this mold set: http://hirstarts.com/corridor/corridor.html Much cheaper then FW and infinitely expandable.

I played a game on one. It's pretty. I thought the rules were okay, however, due to oversight on the rules, bikes can operate down in the tunnels, making it.... hard... for infantry to be useful.

Its a fun addition if you have money for it, but if pressed between the new board and a titan, I'd take the titan.

Already have a warhound and rarely use it. I think I would rather have the board.
