So yeah, does anything forbid a CSM MoN Nurgle Biker Lord joining allied Flesh Hounds and getting Scout? Daemon Codex forbids Daemons from joining units of differently marked Daemons. But a CSM lord isnt a Daemon.

Daemons cannot be joined by anyone that isn't a daemonic of the same mark? So that includes everything that isn't a herald of khorne, skulltaker or karanak AFAIK
