I'm no tech wizard but if you upload pics into your gallery then there will be a url that you can copy.
Or by clicking "post reply" you will get a full reply page to which you can add attachments and upload directly from your computer.
Sorry guys, I don't speak computer. Can someone actually help!

What bits?
Did it not come with instructions?

1: Gallery
2: upload your wargaming images
3: click Choose files and do that.
4: click upload
5: fill in stuff if you want then press Process images

6: Gallery
7: Your Gallery homepage
8: View all XXX images uploaded by YYY
9: Click on image
10: below image to the right there is Share image, Forum. Copy that text to clipboard
11: past that text directly into your forum post.

As for those bits, I think at one time they wanted the bugs to be WYSIWYG and they had all sorts of addons for the squads. Those could be the bits you are talking about. I don't know if they are still in use or if you can just put them on however you think is cool.

K I fina got a pick its the little bits in the middle

those things on the left would be toxin sacs.
On the right are 3 armor plates

The armor plates are useless right now. There USED to be a Biomorph called 'Enhanced Carapace' but that is not an option with the current codex. They go over the arms of some models and gave an 'Improved by 1 Armor Save'. The little ones, as mentioned, are toxin sacs. They still have a use.
