Reclamation Legion
CCB - Warscythe, 4++, IWND
10 Warriors - Ghost Arc
10 Warriors - Ghost Arc
5 Immortals - heavy gauss - Night Scythe
5 Bikes - Heavy Gauss, 3+, +1 cover, ignore cover
Judicator Battalion
Triarch Stalker
5 Praetorians - Voidblades/Particle Caster
5 Praetorians - Rod of the Covenant
Special rules galore. Everything is 4+ Rez, relentless(or assault), move through cover. Vehicles ignoring shaken and stunned. Voidblades are better then rods of the covenant vs armor.
100 points left... what to spend it on? A few option I am thinking about.
- 2 Praetorians (bringing each squad to 6), 2 Immoirtals and either a voidreaper for the CCB or Heavy Gauss for the Stalker.
- 5 Deathmarks and either a voidreaper for the CCB or Heavy Gauss for the Stalker.
- 5 Bikes with 3+ armor.
- ????

Tomb Blades can't have both Nebuloscopes and Shadowlooms so you've actually got 105-110 points left.
I would choose Deathmarks from what you have chosen.
I think I would change the Tomb Blades to have Particle Beamers and have Nebuloscopes, forgoing Shieldvanes. That would be 110 points remaining if I calculated properly, so you could have another unit of Tomb Blades with the same load out.
Or you could keep the Tomb Blades naked and have enough points for another Stalker

I would add more Tomb blades, though ignores cover is always a must for me. Also if you make this a Decurion you get +1 on your RP rolls and better living metal.

- Didn't noticed that on tombblades, definitely nebuloscope over shadowloom.
- A second unit of Tomb Blades wont be a bad call, I found value on the first few game so them (but I did mistakenly give them all the upgrades), I'll try them with the particle beamers for a game. Have been enjoying the ignore cover gauss to hunt out tanks in cover.
- A second stalker would have to go in a squad with the first, which may not be the best (but would further my armor saturation).
- 105 points left... could take another 5 bikes but without 3+. Unless I decided to drop the IWND from the warlord. It is a decurion (reclamation decurion I believe)

A reclamation Decurion doesn't exist. A Decurion is a special type of detachment that is made up of formations rather than FOC slots. Just taking a Reclamation Legion doesn't mean you're using a Decurion.

I just call it a reclamation decurion, because the reclamation legion is the 1 mandatory formation (+1-10 other formations) from the book for the Necron Decurion Detachment.

It doesn't? Why not?

Because no such thing is listed in the Necron codex.

You have to take 1 other formation for it to be one (which a Judicator Battalion is)

A Reclamation detachment is the Core detachment for a Decurion.
Not sure where your trying to go with this.

You also have to list it in your army. Say I take an unbound Necron army of 1 Overlord and 2 units of Warriors. The warriors don't suddenly get ObSec even though I could have taken the exact same things and had a legal CAD.
