Can someone explainto me how the Necron Decurion works? I've read about it several times and still don't understand.

Basically you have formations you put together instead of single slots. You have to fulfill the requirements for each formation to field it.

You actually have a how different breakdown which is explained in the rules of the new codex. Each slot in the decursion is a formation not a slot like the FOC.
